9-1-1: Lone Star: After a month-long hiatus, year 2 is back. 9 p.m. ET on Fox

Sasquatch: Per a formal description, Sasquatch“is a true crime doc series following investigative journalist David Holthouse as he attempts to solve a bizarre 25-year-old triple homicide that was said to be the work of a mythical creature.” Streaming on Hulu
