The latest news involving Todd Chrisley’s oldest son, Kyle Chrisley, is that he is no longer facing charges in Georgia for allegedly threatening the life of his ex-wife, Alexus Whilby. This comes as a relief during a difficult time for the family, as both Todd and Julie Chrisley are currently in jail for fraud and tax evasion.

For many, Kyle Chrisley is best known for appearing on one season of the long-running USA Network reality series “Chrisley Knows Best,” which follows the day-to-day lives of the Chrisley family. However, prior to his appearance on the show, Kyle ran into legal trouble when he allegedly brandished a “fixed blade” during an altercation with his supervisor at a trucking company in Georgia. The incident reportedly resulted in Alexus Whilby filing a restraining order against him.

Fortunately for Kyle, these charges have now been dropped. He has yet to publicly comment on the situation, but it’s clear that it’s a relief for both him and his family to be free of criminal charges. This is especially true given the lengthy 19-year sentence Todd and Julie have received for their convictions involving fraud and tax evasion.

At this time, it’s unclear if or when Kyle will make an appearance on “Chrisley Knows Best” again. While the show has continued to air throughout the pandemic with new episodes featuring other members of the extended family, Kyle has not yet been mentioned. Regardless of what the future holds for the Chrisley family, it’s safe to assume that Kyle is relieved to be free of legal troubles and able to move forward with his life.
